GDPR Compliant Donation Envelopes
Our new range of GDPR compliant donation envelopes allow you to collect personal data from donors for gift-aid purposes and comply with the new GDPR regulations on the privacy of personal data.
Our standard range extends to 3 popular sizes, all printed on high quality white 150gsm paper, with a secure peel & seal flap closure on the short edge.
We print them to your design in either 1, 2, or 4 colours. A full range of templates are available (see the example below), or we can help you with the full design and preparation of the artwork.
How They Work
Declare & Donate
The donor completes the Gift Aid declaration and inserts their donation.
Finish & Fold
The envelope is then folded in half back on to itself, along the dotted line shown.
Seal & Conceal
Once the envelope is sealed, all personal data is safely hidden from external view.
